Webinars on capacity building and contribution to ELS/OpenELS

Initially we planned to organise a workshop with key experts from NMCAs, but then aiming to involve a wider audience decided to organise the two webinars instead. Both webinars are open to all members of EuroGeographics. The emphasis is given on supporting of more active data and web-service provisions to CRD and ELS / Open ELS.
