EuroGeographics General Assembly 2021

The General Assembly 2021 will be delivered through a series of webinars, on Monday May 17th and Tuesday May 18th. The same dates as the planned physical 2021 General Assembly.

Minutes of the 2021 General Assembly
The first sessions will be held on Monday 17th May. The morning session will run from 10.00 – 12.30 CET, and the afternoon session will run from 14.00 – 16.45 CET, both sessions include a coffee break. The first session on Tuesday May 18th will start at 10.00 CET and conclude at 12.00 CET. Following a lunch break; in line with our Articles of Association and in accordance with Belgium law, the webinar session on the afternoon of Tuesday May 18th, starting at 14.00 CET and concluding at 16.45 CET, will be our official General Assembly. During this session items of formal business will be presented and members will asked to cast their votes.
Formal business will be conducted via an interactive remote voting platform accessible via smartphone, tablet or computer. Detailed information and an explanation of how to vote will be sent in the coming weeks along with a more detailed agenda.
Registration will close on Thursday 13 May at 17.00 CET.
